Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Dutch public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship from the Netherlands. Estimated delivery times are:
- Netherlands: 2–5 business days
- Europe (EU): 4–7 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–14 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to predict or control these fees.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us with the contact form within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
